Our premium AR500 steel target is made with 3-inch round gong and is 1/2" thick, ensuring it lasts a lifetime with proper use and care. Unlike plasma-cut plates, our precision laser cut targets protect against edge chipping and corner plate cracking, making them perfect for firearms training.

Versatile Mounting Options

Our AR500 steel targets feature (1) 1/2" holes for both gong and static mount options. These holes allow for various mounting methods using our ruggedized chains, straps, hooks, or static brackets. Choose the best option for your training needs or preferences.

Compatibility and Safety

Our 1/2" thick AR550 steel targets are ideal for all handgun calibers, rimfire cartridges, and centerfire rifle calibers up to .338 Lapua. We recommend a minimum safe distance of 25 yards for handguns and 100 yards for rifles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Quality and Identification

Powder-Coated Finish

All our plates are powder coated in red, white, blue, and gray for easy identification. Red denotes 5/16" AR500, white is 3/8" AR500, blue is 1/2" AR500, and gray is 1/2" AR550. This coating allows for quick identification of shot placement. If the powder coating wears off, simply repaint the plates with the same colors for continued accurate identification.
