Precision Cutting and Durability

All of our AR500 and AR550 targets are precision laser cut to protect against edge chipping and corner plate cracking. Plates that are plasma cut tend to weaken due to the higher temperatures involved and are not recommended for firearms targets.

Versatile Mounting Options

Our AR500 steel targets are unique, featuring 1/2" holes that allow for both gong and static mount options. With ruggedized chains, straps, hooks, and static brackets, shooters have multiple hanging options depending on training needs or preferences.

Versatility for Various Calibers

Our 1/2" Thick AR550 Steel Targets are perfect for all handgun calibers, rimfire cartridges, and up to .338 Lapua centerfire rifle calibers. Refer to our steel selection and use guide to match the caliber of your firearm and target(s). The recommended safe distance is 25 yards for handguns and 100 yards for rifles to reduce bullet speed and energy.

Color-Code Identification

All our plates are premium powder coated in Red, White, Blue, and Gray, making it easy to identify the thickness of your plate. Red indicates 5/16" AR500, White indicates 3/8" AR500, Blue indicates 1/2" AR500, and Gray indicates 1/2" AR550. Powder coating also helps in rapidly locating shot placement; when worn off, simply spray paint the plates with the same color as the original.
